7 C? Between October and March I'm used to it being less than 0 C. I'd love 7 C around this time of year. T-Shirts and Shorts! ^_^

Wow!  You must live in a really hot place for 7°C to feel cold.  Where I live it's not out of the ordinary for temperatures to reach -4°C.
