do the employees get minimum wage?

technically my brother is a server and makes more cash than the manager because managers don't collect tips. He made 130$ off tips last night in 6 hours.

They get the games and use it to teleport back to their homes and spend 36 hours on it. They don't really care about anyone else, lol.
