Title: Could someone edit this face?

Okay, I got this faceset, but I want it edited.

Basically, I want it to look like this:

His hair in blue and covering half his face, his eyes red, a golden earring in his right ear and his skin made darker.
If anyone could do this for me, it would be very much appreciated.

If your request does not get fulfilled. try posting at a "shop" they tend to get your job done quicker.
