So, how does the reputation system work?
Do the moderators decide someone's rep, or do members, or is it some kind of advanced automated thing?
Or something like that?

when you reach enough posts you will see +, - under people's avy, you can then + rep them, or - rep them.

Oh, I get it. Lol. Mine's 0. Look's like someone doesn't like me.

0 is the default, it's what you start out with. The number can be either positive or negative, so if more people took rep away from you you'd be on -1, -2, etc.
Though I can use admin hax to snoop and tell you that your rep is 0 because you been +'d 5 times but also -'d 5 times.
