I'm having the same problem as last time. I'm trying to watch downloaded anime, etc. but am seeing no video.
I'm missing some codecs, and I remember last time you guys pointed me to a codec pack.
I can't find it -_-.
Any helP?

Thnxrz.
I can't tell you how stupid I feel when it comes to things such as codecs.
While I might not learn anything everyday, I certainly learn how much I don't konw.
VLC, is great. I have never been un-able to watch anything in that program. Hope you like.
VLC is teh awesome.

no more problems (for me)
Personally, I just don't like VLC player. The interface bothers me, aesthetically and in terms of how you do things like fastforward, adjust volume, and change audio layers.
And I don't like how with 90% of the anime I've watched using VLC player, it used some non-standard weird looking ugly font, and Silver tells me "just do this and this and this" but I'm like "thx but coremediaplayer was good to go right out of the box so I'll just use that."
But hey, it's a matter of opinion.
I'm having troubles. I've downloaded a mkv codec, but it's not working.
I loads in VLC correctly. But the images aren't loading properly and sounds like the audio is looping.
Any help?

Run that to get rid of all the shit you probably have, then install this (http://www.cccp-project.net/download.php?type=cccp) and this (http://videolan.org).
All you need =/ Unless you want to play shitty quicktime or realmedia, in which case you should look for Quicktime Alternative and Real Alternative.
