RM2k3 (RPG Maker 2003) has a default one. However, I'm guessing your using RPG Maker XP.  Hrmm....I don't know.  I'm guessing there is a script here somewhere for it.  I'll report back in a few if no one else does first.

Ummm I have Blizzards Stormtronics will it mess with my bars i like those bars.
