They're currently only visible (in postbits / the board index) with the default theme.
Though (in any theme) you can view a person's profile and see a link to their blog. Your blogs are your own, meaning, moderators / admins can't interfere with anything even if they wanted to, you moderate your own blog. HAVE FUN.
Now I just need to figure out all the changes required and implement them into the other skins -_~
