Hmm, it doesn''t sem to work on my computer.  Any ideas why?  I double click on the program and nothing, no errors or anything.  If I go to my resource manager than it shows up in the processes section, but not as an active application.

Anyways, it mostly appears to need resources, it wouldn't be that hard for everyone to create one or two resources by simply editing the original resources would it?  Then it would have tons of available resources.

Here are some resources for Character maker XP.

Just look under Chara Maker XP and download away.

This sounds pretty cool, but I don't have WinRar. Could someone please zip the program for me?

You can basically extract it with win zip and win ace, as far as I know. I do that way O.o If it doesn't work all you need to do is download a trial version, you can go extracting with it for the rest of your life. Just google it with "win rar download"

Two questions:
1) How do I import new graphics?
2) How do I save my charsets?

1) You must know where your characters go. This is character sprite, so you need to open the directory where you installed rmxp and look for folder "Characters". You can copy-paste it there. The other way, the better one, is opening the rxmp and going to Tools - Resource Manager. Click on the characters on the left will show you available sets on the right. Go to import, select what you want to import, and it will import it. Then you can use it.

2) I don't know which character maker are you using so I can't help you on this really but I'll give it a shot: If you're using the one on the internet, right-click and choose an option fitting to "Save Image". You can just save it to the hard drive. If you're using a character maker called "Character Maker XP", find an icon above the sprites that says Export. I think it's second from the right. If you're using Character Maker 1999, there is a save option. Hope I helped out.

you are going to have to look around ALOT of forums, for layouts of stuff you can use on these programs.

I'm talking about importing new graphics to Character Maker XP, not into my RMXP projects.

Right, I found some stuff already, but I can't use them. I tried using the "Personalize" option from the drop-down menu, but it just shows up blank.
