Also, pretty neat, though I guess you don't need me to tell you that you'd need to practise more if you want to draw seriously.

And the left hand should look as it is grabbing teh staff. RIght now, it simply looks as if the staff is floating BEHIND the hand.

ah well, art looks decent. head is a bit off though, dont know what exactly, but something. her left hand is really messed up to. you should make the hand going around the sword and not just behind/in front of it.

Anywho... yeah... What I wanted to say has already been said... the staff-thing is floating behind her hand. In the very least, her thumb should at least be holding it... somehow...
Oh, I know what's wrong. He hand needs to be behind it, with the thumb overlapping it. LIKE SO.

Dude, I did it in three seconds in Paint (thus, the humorous "MAD PAINT SKILLZ" note). I only wanted to show how one holds a staff. Kind of butchered the thumb, though. :P

Anyway, Yossy just wanted to show how to make it look more like teh staff is being held, the shading she put in was optional just to stay with the theme.

I'm unfamiliar with WoW and I'm too lazy to watch that vid. All I can assume is that the WoW gnomes are very, very different from the D&D gnomes I am familiar with.
