Title: Problem in RPG Maker 2000 [Resolved]
Post by: lord_omoka on October 17, 2006, 01:20:21 AM
I'm trying to make an rpg, I have come across a strange and rather frustrating glitch. (At least I think it's a glitch.). Ok I made this character when you talk to him he asks if he can join your party. You are then given the opportunity to say Yes or No. If you say "Yes" he joins your party. No problem. But if you say "No" then he is suppose to say "Ok. Just let me know if you change your mind." But for some reason it cuts off at the end of the first line and doesn't carry over to the next line. It comes out as "Ok. Just let me know you change you". So Anyone know what I can do to fix this.

Text doesn't carry over like you think it would.  You gotta hit the Enter key when you think you've filled the line.

The version of 2k I have has these little grey vertical lines in the textbox, if yours has them you can use them to kinda get an idea of how far to go.
