I have here three large books about game developing in .pdf format. If somebody of you really thinks of making games professionally someday, these books will offer you great knowlegde. They are about 18MB when they´re zipped together.

These books are far better than some little tutes we sometimes post here at the forum.
The file includes following books:
Character development and storytelling for games - by Lee Sheldon
Game interface design - by Brent Fox
Game design (Second edition) - by Bob Bates
I will read them as soon as I find time. As I said, they´re large.
Wow, yeah, that sounds really cool. Although all of my inspiration comes from video games and novels, I always like reading other people's ideas, even if I probably won't ever utilize them for myself. This is pretty sweet stuff to keep handy... especially with Neverwinter Nights 2 coming out later this month, complete with a simpler Toolset interface.
I'll have to remember to check these out later.
Thanks man! I've started a potential business now, these will be a huge help.
Sounds cool
Thanks for posting

savefile.com is down right now. Try later again.
The link works!
I'm nearly through with the Game Interface Design one and I have to say, it is quite useful. :) Giving you hints and showing you various tricks and stuff. Quite useful indeed. Might finish the last few chapters today if I find the time. :)
