How do I make it look like night with one of them color changin things?

Tint screen. Make it darker. Probably a bit more blue than than everything else. Add cricket sound effects for extra night-esque.

Ugh...that Dynamic thing don't work for me :(

Man, take the tint and make it suitable in such a way it looks bluish
there is no exact tint, it depends on what light, when you tint, the colour will come so choose it appropriatly! :)
