Hey, I am making a Sonic the Hedgehog based RPG. When you first start, I want it to say something like this.

Select your Team

Team Dark [ Shadow, Rouge and Gamma ]
Team Bloods [ Bloods, Karnak and Cipher ]
Team Sonic [ Sonic, Tails and Knuckles ]
Team Metal Sonic [ Metal Sonic, Dr.Robotnik and Chaos ]
Team Chaotix [ Espio, Vector and Charmy ]

Where it says the names however, it would show pictures I have.

You can do that with events. Just use the "Show choice" command and the "Change party" command.
