BMP is not the worst, it's the BEST quality you can possibly get. You saved yours as a JPG, which is the worst, especially in Paint where you can't change how much JPG compression it puts on. To save as PNG, just do this when saving it:

it saved as 24 bit bmp but then on photobucket it changed to jpg, look heres all i can save it as...
monochrome bitmap
16 color bitmap
256 color bitmap
24 bit bitmap

Don't use photobucket then, use imageshack (http://www.imageshack.us)  :)

Imageshack will change any .bmp you upload to a .png. That doesnt matter though, as PNG files are lossless  :)
