Actually this isn't locked =\ Maybe Dwarra's unlocked it again.
I never go in the RPGMaker specific forums (I have them hidden from view=\) so I don't exactly know what's going on, but thatsmypie basically outlined it; if dwarra wants your thread locked, then it will be locked.
Okay lets start from the begiining.
The rules are;
1. If no screenshots, story or character info is posted then this topic will be locked until the information can be provided.
You dont have screenshots or the other two if im right, so get your head out of your arse and do something about it. Until then its locked :-)

Back to reality... are we seriously reverting to making topics questioning moderator's credibility? That's so php it's not even funny. In case you haven't noticed, we've moved on to Simple Machines- we've matured. (Well, some of us.)
The problem would have been nonexistent if you'd have done any of the following:
1. Take ten more seconds to look for a Resources forum and notice it is now a subforum in RPG Maker Discussion. (Why an PRG Maker site would delete a Resources forum is beyond me, but too many people have had this problem.)
2. After posting your topic and getting told to post in Resources now, post in Resources instead of blowing your load on dwarra.
