Title: How to make a script for an animated Title screen?

Hi RPG fans!
At first, you will need to know thai I'm not good at scripting.
And also in English.
But, could you help me with my project?
I need a script that can make the Title screen animating.
Maybe with gif format or any other ways?

Here it is. You can find the instructions in the first comment. Replace Scene_Title with this script:
