how do i make custom transitions for my game? i am pretty good with photoshop so i can manage but how???

What exactly, do you want to do? A standard battle transition? Or do you want to make a special transition, that appears in a few special events?

The standard battle transition:

Open the Database and choose the System Tab. There is a window like this:

The red marked is is to be changed if you want other transitions.

Event based transition:

This is for showing and erasing a pic. It works the same way for any event just put the screen changing event instead of the pic showing/erasing:

Take any pic you have on your PC. Make it black-white, open it in PS, mess around with it and save it in your "PROJECT FOLDER"\Graphics\Transistions.
In fact you can make your own transition even without any pic as template, lol. Use filters, they give great results.
