Hi gang,
I am new to all of this and I am not very good with graphics programs.  I want to make my own characters for RPG Maker XP.  Is there a noob program out there that I can use until I get better at making my own?  All help is appreciated.  Thanks in advance.  Man these forums are good. :D

Character maker like charsets and face sets yes.

The program however is in Spanish, but you get the idea. I'm sure there are more out there I just don't feel like looking.

You can just use paint. It's not too bad acually, I've done one charset titled 'girl in bikini' It's not all that complicated just do trial and error when messing with a naked sprite.

I can probly do it because I'm semi talented with paint. I used to make cd covers, my friends thought they almost looked profesonal too. too bad I don't have them saved any more. My mom was stupid and destroyed the comp last year, after I got it running again everything I had saved was gone. Now my mom isn't allowed to touch the computer.

But back to the subject, try using paint. It's mainly trail and error.

Thank you.  I am just really terrable at it.  That was my first thought but in order for me to make these gerudos I will need help.  And I am willing to fork over cash for anyone who can create them for me too.  But thanks guys I really appreciate all the help. :D

Nah don't pay people, it may not come out the way you want then your out of money. Trail and error through paint is a pain in the *ss, but worth it in the end. Also if you want to be lazy copy and patse heads from other charsets on to the one your working on, but that is if you want to be lazy or have a hard time with hair or faces.

I cut and patsed the head for 'girl in bikini'. Actually I'll put it up for every one to use during spring break.
