Is there a way to open a tile set and add on to it? I tried but all the programs like paint and stoff change to tileset background then I cant use! Any help would be nice :cry:

Well I have certainly edited one before. What you do is you export the chipset using the export thing at the top. I use paint, I don't know why it worked for you. Open it up in an image editor and mess with it all you like. Each tile is 16 by 16 pixels. When you're done, save the changes, rename the chipset, and import it. After you click import, don't forget to make the flashing part be the not included part (usually pink). Hope this helps.

He said tileset, I believe that would be XP.  In 2k3 and 2k They're called chipsets, and so thus the average transparency would be a whiteish box, also each tile would be 32 x 32 pixels.

It always helps when you say what version you're using.

Cause then you wouldn't get multiple answers
