What is the diffrence between the reguler RPGMXP and Postality Knights?

One is legal and one is not. They say different things on them too.

Ex

instead of teleport (rmxp postality)
it says transfer player (English legal version)

Well english is legal so I'd say legal english version. It has a 30 day trial and then u haveta pay 60 $ for a license

plus it's  completely bug free (after you download the patch they offer)
