Stray Cat Crossing is a horror adventure game, much like The Witch's House and Ib, with additional inspiration from Alice in Wonderland, Spirited Away, Pan's Labyrinth, and The Nightmare Before Christmas.

You find yourself in a red room with no way out.

Her arms look like they're bending oddly when facing up, other than that...

The music is great (and general sound design).
The graphics, which already looked amazing in stills, looked even better in motion.
The head swap thing and the little bits of animated scenery.
I... I want more. ;-;
