Is there any video editing software (preferrably free, but whatever) that edits like Movie Maker like how you can put a video file in, it'll "prepare files for faster editing" and then I can put the same video in multiple times just to get certain segments from the video. Or if there's a way to easily move around segments of videos. Also, having the option to NOT re-encode the video that you put in because that's a bitch.
If not, I'll just Movie Maker zzz. I don't need any fancy effects or anything since I just need it to specifically edit Super Smash Bros. Melee videos by cutting out specific segments and moving them around.
My favorite Video Editing Software is Sony Vegas. It's not free though unless you're a pirate.
