<Region Blackout

SummaryThe key feature of this script and also the main focus is to be able to overlay almost all regions with black tiles so the view is obscured for rooms. Once you enter a region the black tiles fade away. I would prefer to give tags to each region independent for each map. So Map001 Region one blacks out but in Map002 not.
Besides this more functions will be added later but I think it is the easiest way to describe the functions and tags already.
Features Desired
- High Priority: Region Blackout until entering
- Low Priority: Inside (used for weather)
- Low priority: Restrictions for interaction as staff only, female only, Vampyres Only, During a set time only
- Low priority: Restrictions for entering as staff only, female only, Vampyres Only, During a set time only
