Viope is holding a contest for a game creation; groups can be up to four people. I don't see any specific engine rules, so I guess you could use Unity, Unreal or even RPG Maker for this game. It has to be able to run on both Windows and Mac however.
Anyone can enter, but special prizes are up for grabs to anyone who is enrolled in a higher level gaming course (so if you are doing that, you have no reason not to consider it).
http://viope.com/contest/ (http://viope.com/contest/), it actually started 4 days ago but still offering people to sign up.
Why is this in video games?
Everything from the next generation consoles, the retro, to the modern day. Including reviews, recommendations, contests, and chat.
I'm not sure you're interpreting that right, buddy. In any case I'm moving this to Game Creation General Chat (http://rmrk.net/index.php/board,6.0.html)
Oh right, I see what you mean. My mistake ;8
