Its going on right now, and there are some great deals. All 5 of the original XCOM games are bundled for $4, and there are a lot of other games that are Steam codes. Check it out!
Just picked up Sims 3 Deluxe from this. A bit disappointed that Steam wouldn't recognize the code, but it's a minor grievance.

If you're into racing, and have 15 bucks to spare, it'd be silly to pass this up.
I also recommend ArcaniA, for those RPGers among us. It isn't Skyrim, by any means, but its pretty great.
