The hair shading is simply amazing. The eyes are very cute. :) One of my absolute favorite parts of the picture are the cheeks. They look very "bubbly" and peachy. :D

I like the hair and the mouth, but you've got kind of a cylinder going on for the nose. The bottom of the nose should be like a ball with the nostrils on either side.

Since it's anime, you can play around with the shape a little bit, but it should still terminate around the eyebrow/top of the eye.
Yeah, usually I just do that 'anime-like' nose with just the curve (which isn't what that is). I think I was just tired XD It looks like an Avatar. Lol.
I might change it...might not, depends on how much spare time I have. :3
