You don't generally need a scripter as you can find many scripts that would be useful for your game here (http://rmrk.net/index.php/board,111.0.html).
Otherwise, if you can't find what you're looking for, you can always request it :)
Feel free to show any maps you have created. I'm always happy to see good looking maps (cause I'm terrible at them myself ;9) nd I'm sure others would appreciate it too.

That's fine, I don't speak German, but someone else here will and they can play it for you.
You never know, you might even find someone willing to help translate it if you did want to release an English version.
