Topic. For whatever reason, google doesn't yield any results when searching stuff like this. Probably because nobody uses RM2k3 anymore, but I've spent too much time on this game by now to switch makers.

So, is it possible to distribute RM2k3 games without the other person owning it?

i thought rm2k3 is free now ..< am i wrong?

if its anythign like xp or vx you can make an exe with all teh necesary files, then have them isntall the rtp
