<Eat Skill>

SummaryKind of a weird request, but here it goes: I am looking for a skill which allows the user to have a chance to instantly kill a foe and gain back some HP and MP from it, as well as learn a new skill depending on the monster.
Features Desired
The best way I can describe how I want it to work is thus:
1) The technique can only work on creatures who are vulnerable to a specific "element" from the database as well as the Incapacitated status.
2) Furthermore, the target's HP must be at 30% or less for the technique to work.
3) When used, the technique should have a chance to instantly inflict the Incapacitated status.
4) If the Incapacitated status affects the target, the user should also gain back, say, around 15% of their HP.
5) Finally, when used on specific enemies, the user should also be able to learn a new skill due to defeating the adversary from that effect.
In short, I'm looking for a skill that combines an instant death effect with an HP draining effect as well as tacking on a blue magic system, all rolled into one.

Well, to be honest, it a "close but no cigar" thing. I'm not merely looking for a script for blue magic alone; I am looking for one where you have to use a specific skill to "finish off" an enemy in order to learn the magic.
The scripts provided only seem to apply if a specified "blue mage" actor is hit with a specific skill...

it has an option to add magic through a script call
just use the battle events to call it when the player uses the skill you want and the monster has -20% of live ?
