Title: [REQUEST] Simple Item Sets

Hi all,
I need a simple item set script, sort of like when you add \Set[1] to the notes box that item becomes part of the set,
Can anyone help?

What are the sets for and how would they be represented? How does an item being in the set alter the nature of the item?
