Title: rpgm2000-can anyone make a new chipset of this?

This is the chipset for my beginning town, which will be destroyed, and i was wondering if anyone can modify it to be the chipset of a destroyed town?

Quit posting stuff in the DATABASE. You're not giving us anything. You're asking for things. That's called a REQUEST.
