Title: So I'm sure I messed myself up completely
Post by: Vimol on December 16, 2010, 07:56:44 PM
 :tpg:
I am fairly new to the RPG Maker thing, I got VX, but noticed that the system didn't allow party changes in the menu.  I looked around for and found a reserve party script.  While I was attempted to update the Scripts with this, I made the mistake of deleting something that is needed playtest and play.  Is there any way for me to get the original script back?  I've tried deleting everything, reinstalling, and anything else that comes to mind.  I hate coming here new and asking, but help me please.

No way to get your data back after you save.
Only back up.

Well, what did you delete. If it's just one of the default scripts, it's easy enough to get it to you, but it probably would have been recovered when you made a new game anyway. What does the error message say when you try to playtest?

Well how about that.

I read your reply and was like, nah I tried that already and it failed terribly, but I tried it again anyways and it worked.
Thanks for the help everyone
