Just wondering how would I make this picture scroll upwards as a picture? the size 640x2500 if it matter....

Use the "Move Picture" command. Remember that the Y axis is inverted, so higher values are lower on the screen.

You can considering implementing my Picture Scrolling System (http://rmrk.net/index.php/topic,6836.0.html) for doing the scrolling so the player can interact with it.
