Zanyzora has some Wild Arms Tilesets. Did you mean the Tile windows or the Menu Windows?

I threw this together quickly from some screenshots I looked up... The card may not animate right, I'm not sure. I haven't tested it. It's just a matter of changing the order though.

What do you mean the battle system? That's not a Resource, that's a script. I can't do anything about that.

You'd need to make a script request for the battle system. And if you want it to work completely like wild arms, not likely, but if you just want to add some features, like the Force guage and Force Skills, then maybe that'd be more likely.
