This man is NAMKCOR. He has grown old and more wise upon his career as the reverse ROCKMAN and is now leading the way to a glorious Soviet Waterfront as the Revolution continues on RMRK. He is seen here, showing Grafikal the way, telling him that if he were to be a good Soviet, he would own this waterfront, and extort money from everyone who lived in it.
