Dual Wield / Multi-hit Script

Summary
Basically allows characters to wield two weapons or hit twice.

Features Desired

Dual Wield: Passive Skill that can be learned be only certain classes.
Multi-hit (not just for skills), in case Dual Wield won't work out. >.<
