Turn Based Real Time Battle System (Best name I could come up with)

SummarySo, I think it would be awesome to have a battle system similar to either the Paper Mario games, or the Mario and Luigi games. Unfortunately, I don't know how to script. Here's a couple videos showing a battle in two of those games:
