Does anyone have anything that makes monsters that you attack move as well as your characters or is there something else I can do to achieve this?

I think he meant for the monster to actually "move" (take a step back, take a step forward, etc). But now that you mention it, I'm not so sure now -.-
Yeah Cozziekuns has the idea, I want to make the monster or enemy move like your basic character with the Tankentai Side View Battle system. It basically just lines up your characters in your party sideways facing the enemy, and the characters in this case move. (Like early final fantasy) The enemies do not move and are much larger than the character player.
Thanks for the script, I'll try it out.
Ah, might have been helpful to tell us that you meant a sideview battle system. n_n;
That script probably isn't going to help you then.
Any ideas that might help then? I tried out that script posted previously and it wasn't what I needed. Although it was pretty interesting,
the enemies remain the same.

Another Battle System by Yanfly, and I think this has what you need. I'll warn you though, it takes a lot of configuring.
WOW, that is difficult. Have you actually used it? If so could you give me a walk through? When I tested it, it showed 2 of the same character and still the enemy was motionless. Do I have to import graphics for characters I've made myself. ( I used the characters from the template in the actual thing it comes with, just named different and with different attributes)
