Kind of like Mother 3, or some attacks in paper mario.

Well you should probably tell us what your using in terms of scripts. If your talking out side of battle (this could be a lot of different reasons, such as using an ABS) then you'd do it using Character sets and event grapic changes. But you should def tell us what your doing, what your using, and how you want it to play out. It would help us help you... :D

I think he might mean like hitting combos. press attack once hit 3 times for whatever damage.

I thought he meant something like that, but if he's useing a side view, like Paper Mario is, we need to know that. He could also be using graphics, or maybe sprites...I mean theres alot of options out there. His question aplies to most of them. They all have different and yet the same answer(s). I wonder if he searched at all, this seems like something that would of been asked by now... Haha, now I'm interested. I think I might search my self sometime.  ;)

Are you already useing a Script for your side view? It would be interesting if you did it with Events...any way I'm pretty sure your using a Script. My answer to you is that you need a new Side Veiw Script that does what you want. I hope you used Google, it's very helpful as I know you know. I do remember coming across something like what your looking for, but it was along time and never interested me, so I didn't note it or anything, I just saw that it could do things like Anitmations and it looked like old school FF. I hope you find what your looking for.  ;)

Oh, my bad homie. I'm using a script for the side view battle system.

I tried google but I don't know how to put it in the "google fraze,"

I got 2 wack results, it was probally the same thing but with the enemies.
