Who do you feel has a complete mastery over scripting?

Bulletxt (http://rmrk.net/index.php?action=profile;u=7824) - he's got some really useful tileset additions that I find to be extremely useful.

Ryex (http://rmrk.net/index.php?action=profile;u=4451), for same reason as Yanfly but in XP.

Second. MA's always been good, and I simply love Yanfly. His scripts are really nice and the way he presents them/gives tutorials on them are unique and really useful.

Yeah, just no one who's as active as some of the people we've listed.
Zeriab - Every time I look at one of his scripts I realize how much I have to learn.

albertfish - his contributions in the RMXP Scripts section has been sorely needed for a long time I think.
