I was starting the client up and i got THI MESSAGE this application has failed to start because rgss102e.lls was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem HELP!!!! and yes i am on vista and yes i put the needed programs to run on administrator

yea it works now but i had to do a lil bit something else install first part THEN second part no one told me that o well blame my stupidity :p
what's the other part you had to do first? If you tell us your process, you might help the next person who has the same problem ;)
download the first part of the client then download the second part of it
