Title: [REQUEST] A small ABS
Post by: knightzero45 on September 11, 2009, 08:29:24 PM

Small ABS

Summary
Yes, I know Mr. Mo's ABS, Blizz-ABS and more, but they're all so complicated(too many features)...
I do only need a hud with HP, and only melee attacks... I'd prefer using the 's' key for attacking.
The skills are not needed, as I won't use any (fighting) skills in my game. I do only use skills to dig away ground and such, which are triggered in the menu.

Features Desired

Mockups
No mockups, the hp bar just a bar(20HP, each hit -1, like in attachment)

Games its been in

Well, i only know one that comes close, but its not close enough...or at least to what you stated in your topic. so this is what i'd suggest: use the HUD in your game and make a Event based ABS. there are Tuts somewhere on the site and i know if you search Google. The reason i say do this way, is for the sheer fact you will have competle control of your game. I also remember seeing a Tut or something like one of the a heart meter (which is what your HUD looks like to me) if you need to work out how to work your HUD. So what i'm saying is that you may not need a Script. Oh and if you want to see the ABS i mentioned earlier it's Caldaron's ABS, you might know it, you might not. I'm sorry if i'm no help...This is just the first thing to mind...

that's lot easy to make with events. And place it on common events. Easy, rlly
