Ive searched for various light effects such as the sun shine effect.
I need them ASAP, so if anyone who have them could post them here...

I don't have the resources myself, but I found recently something what could help you on another site. If you google for "RPG Maker Enhancement FX" you will find a collection of scripts, used for your wants. They include a demo, and the graphics.

This is a sunbeam fog tutorial made by ccoa. It is really nice and easy to use and you will learn a lot from it.
