Title: [RESOLVED] Monster Select/Hightlight/Cursor? For Yanflys Battle?
Post by: Raukue on August 27, 2009, 03:42:13 AM
A simple request I think. Where besides selecting a monster by name like by default, that can stay but I would also like for a cursor or a monster to highlight or blink when being selected like in some side battles out there and like OriginalWij's Base Script found here:

I have looked here and at the other two popular VX sites and nothing. I only see it on OriginalWij's base script and on side battles.

I mention Yanflys battle redux found here:

Because I think type of battle script matters and can't be put in into just any script, right? Sorry for the request and maybe not being too clear. I feel tired at the moment.

So, you want the battler of th monster being selected to blink?

That shouldn't be too hard.

Yeah, I couldn't find one to go with any other kind of custom battles period, except in OriginalWij's Base Script as I had put on the first post and ATB scripts such as Tankentai Sideview Battle System.

I haven't tested with Yanfly's yet, but I think it will likely work as long as you put it under the Battle scene in the editor.

Sweetness, it does indeed work. Very much appreciated. I suppose this topic can be closed then?
