I'm new at this, and when I test the game out, the game doesn't respond to the keyboard. It was hours earlier, and when I type on any other program, the keyboard works.
Are you sure that you're using the right controls...?
Make sure the game window's actually the one selected, or try resetting RPGmaker. That happens to me every now and again, I just sort of mess with it until it works.
I remember something like this.
Well just in case, make sure there's no autorun events in common events or in map events.
