For 1:
Go to Scene_Title in the script editor, to the method command_new_game.
Delete these lines:
# Stop BGM
Audio.bgm_stop
For 2:
I believe Falcon made one, but I have no idea if it is still uploaded. I will take a look on hbgames.org
For 3:
You can change the movement speed of the player, by going to the Set Move Route event command and using the Change Speed command there. That will work unless you need to be more precise.
