North Korea, at its current state, doesn't stand a chance against the United States. I can't see them launching an attack against Hawaii, unless Kim Jong is really that dumb.

I don't think Obama would nuke another country. North Korea would definitely lose any war it started though. I don't think China would bother helping them if they instigate a war.
If it's on the news and web, I don't see why anyone would even care. It's not like it'll be a surprise.
