Title: [request] rpg maker 2003 Tales of the World Celcius charaset

Can somebody make a Celcius from Tales of the World character set? I can not seem to make it because i am not that good at making sprites or character sets and i can not seem to find it on charas project. and the thing is I need it for a game i'm making. please.

Check charas-project.net
They have a ton of sprites for RM2K3.

please, we all know about Charas, and it is a good website, but not good enough to need to be put into all of your posts. Also in this topic he specifically says

i went on that site i can not seem to find the sprites i want on Check charas-project.net

I remember GGZ having one but all the files are gone now.
