Title: Sprites walking
Post by: Toaster on May 24, 2009, 04:39:26 AM
More newb questions >< hehe...

1. My character is moving way too fast and is hard to control. Is there any way I can add more frames or just slow the walking down?

2. I've heard you can add a footstep sound effect when the in-field character walks. How can I do this?

Thankyou for the help in advance. <:3

Just set a move event for the hero where you decrease speed/frequency and then have that event erase for testing :3

3 Frames are the max for movement. As for footstep sound I can't remember I'll pick up my game again once I finish with school work and tell you or someone else could =w=

I've never used 2k3, but I think if you go into Terrain Tab of the database, there is a Sound Effect Option in the top right section of the menu. Just change that and I think it will play that SE whenever you walk on that terrain.
