When i download characters off Famitsu thingy, It doesnt work. Can someone tell me what to do?? :o

Like When i Click the download below the thing and save it, this thing come up and says "no preview available".

if you're saying you can't save them at all, use a new browser.
if the browser didn't fix it, then it's the website's fault
I saved as a PNG File and i Put a $ at the beggining but it still wont work
You'll have to post screenshots of any errors then. I can't really help you without knowing what's happening.

Oh. Ok. I think this has happened to me a couple times. But it just happened to be the way I saved it.
Make sure you're not right-clicking and saving the image.
Instead, press this button (circled in the image):

If you are, you might try refreshing a page once or a few times. The button should prompt you to download the image and make sure you press the one that saves it and not the one that is "Open Only" or whatever it is on a PC. If you're not sure, take a screenshot of the box that tells you you're downloading the image and I'll tell you what one to press.
